Our Process
The journey from concept to completion is a detailed operation, however by using the Bull Shirts process, we’ve made it quick and easy. Just follow the simple procedures below and before you know it, we can have your screen print order ready to print.
The process begins with your idea or logo that has been sent to the Bull Shirts art department. They take your concept and develop it into a comprehensive sketch or art for you to review. There you will get to see a version of the art and how it will look on your promotional product. This is the time to make any changes or alterations to the art. If there are no changes, that comp is turned into final art. The art is taken to the screen department and separated into the many colors of your design. Those separations are made into special screens that eventually gets printed onto a shirt, cap or other specialty product.

Step 2: Choose Your Garment or Products
T-shirts are just the beginning. With our large selection of apparel to choose from, we can screen print your design on literally hundreds of clothing and apparel items. including sweatshirts, scrubs, shorts, hats, and tons of other apparel, as well as glassware, plastic cups, and hundreds of other party favors!

Step 3: Select your Design's Placement.
Depending on the product you've chosen, you may have many options available to you regarding your design's placement. Looking for something different? Try screen printing your design on the small of the neck, on the shoulder, or down the sleeve of your shirts! Mix and match type arrangements and design placements for a standout look!

Step 4: Approve Your Design.
Once you've placed your order, Bull Shirts art department will begin the process of creating and screen printing your customized design. Upon completion, we'll email your artwork sample. This will let you view and critique your t-shirt design, request modifications if necessary, and give your final artwork approval. Once you’ve approved the artwork, we’ll begin the printing process.
Step 5: The Printing Process
Once your artwork has been turned in and a final design has been selected, we’ll need your signed final approval. That’s when we begin the actual printing process. The printing has a standard turn-around time of 5 – 7 business day. Our goal is to turn your order around quickly. If you need your order turned faster than our standard time, we do offer a rush service. The rush service includes rush charges that move your order to the top of the list.

Step 6: Enjoy Your Design!
Once your order is completed, invoices will be generated and our offices will call you and let you know your order is ready for pickup. If you request shipping, all of our shirt orders are shipped via UPS, guaranteeing safe arrival. It’s time to enjoy your order from Bull Shirts.
